Shipping policy

Tarheal Tallow will ship using USPS. It will either be shipped First Class or Priority depending on the weight of the item. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent your packages from sitting at the post office. This gives it less of a chance for your tallow products to melt. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your products to ship. We work hard to ship your products out as soon as we receive it. Please keep an eye out for your product so it doesn't sit outside all day.

By using our website, mobile applications, or other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to these Terms by accessing or using the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. Your use of the Services after the effective date of these Terms constitutes your continued agreement to these Terms. Tarheal Tallow may at any time modify these Terms by posting the amended Terms on the Services. You agree to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity,or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks.
• Access or use the Services for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Tarheal Tallow.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify Tarheal Tallow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Services, including all content, software, designs, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property ("Proprietary Materials"), are the property of Tarheal Tallow or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, publish, license, sell, transfer, or exploit any Proprietary Materials without the express prior written consent of Tarheal Tallow.

6. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Tarheal Tallow has no control over such websites or services and is not responsible for the contents, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Tarheal Tallow shall have no liability arising from or in connection with your use of any such websites or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Tarheal Tallow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tarheal Tallow does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tarheal Tallow shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services or any Proprietary Materials, even if Tarheal Tallow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarheal Tallow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Tarheal Tallow may terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tarheal Tallow with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Tarheal Tallow will only accept returns within 30 days if the product is unopened and unused. Tarheal Tallow is not responsible for melted tallow and we will not accept returns for such. 

If your product arrives melted please visit our FAQ page to learn how to fix it. We take every precaution possible to minimize your tallow products melting.

To file a return, contact us at tarhealtallow@gmail.com. Please provide us with your order number, name and reason for filing a return. After your email has been received, you will be emailed a shipping label. 

Tarheal Tallow is not responsible for damaged packages. Please file a claim with USPS if this issue should occur.

Returns will not be accepted without first contacting us via email.
